What You Ll Do • Partner closely with business stakeholders to design and execute BI roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. • Architect and implement scalable, enterprise-level Power BI solutions tailored to business requirements. • Lead and mentor a team of Power BI consultants and analysts, guiding development and best practices. • Own and manage large-scale BI initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring high performance and scalability. • Translate complex business needs into effective data solutions and vice versa. • Gather and refine reporting requirements, perform data analysis, and develop impactful dashboards and reports. • Create scalable data models (Star/Snowflake Schema) and ensure performance optimization. • Recommend improvements to BI processes, tools, or policies to enhance overall efficiency and value. • Apply strong design principles, wireframing techniques, and data storytelling to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs). What You Ll Bring • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field. • 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, including 5+ years hands-on with Power BI. • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end BI projects. • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and enterprise data architecture. • Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Azure, and related BI technologies. • Pharma industry experience is required. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
