Roles and Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud infrastructure. Architect solutions involving virtualization, cloud networking, and infrastructure automation. Collaborate on cloud modernization initiatives, including DevOps pipeline enhancement and infrastructure as code (IaC). Provide expert-level support and administration of both Linux and Windows systems in hybrid and cloud environments. Oversee MySQL database deployments and ensure performance, availability, and security within Azure environments. Develop and enforce network security best practices, including management of VNETs, NSGs, VPNs, and firewalls. Apply advanced cloud design patterns and architecture principles to build fault-tolerant, cost-optimized solutions. Guide and mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, application, and security domains. Create and maintain detailed documentation on architecture, procedures, and configurations. Support compliance and operational requirements, including monitoring, logging, and incident management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in Microsoft Azure cloud engineering. Expertise in Azure IaaS and PaaS services (VMs, Storage, Networking, AKS, App Services, etc.). Strong experience with DevOps tools and pipelines, particularly involving MySQL, CI/CD, Git, and automation frameworks (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates). Proficient in cloud network architecture, including protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.). Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows server administration. Strong grasp of modern cloud design patterns, security frameworks, and best practices. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly preferred.
