Job Description: This rolewill fulfill reporting and dashboard requirements for various business unitsacross the organization, providing them with timely information that enables them to make various quality, financial, program and policy related conjunction with IT Management, data owners and business units, developmodels, procedures, and protocols in concert with company goals. Use knowledge of SSRS, Power BI and other specialized reporting tools to develop reports. Meetwith decision makers, systems owners, business analysts and end users to define requirements and goals. Work with IT technical staff to coordinate the creation and management of dashboard, scorecard, reporting and analysis presentation,structures and data. Work with process owners and the data team to prioritize requests. Design data visualizations and determine the best way to present datato end users using drill downs, tables, gauges, graphs, charts and otherintuitive graphical add-ons Prepare and deliver reports, analytics and interactiveintelligence in systems across the organization. Develop expertise inspecifically assigned subject areas of the warehouse. Develop and maintain ETLand data warehousing processes and measures in assigned areas of subjectexpertise. Advise managers and stakeholders regarding appropriate, effective,and efficient use of organizational data capabilities and functions. • In conjunction with IT Management, data owners and business units, develop models,procedures, and protocols in concert with company goals. • Useknowledge of SSRS, Power BI and other specialized reporting tools to developreports. • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, business analysts and end users to define requirements and goals. • Work withother IT staff to coordinate the creation and management of dashboard,scorecard, reporting and analysis presentation, structures and data. • Work with process owners and the data team to prioritize requests. • Designdata visualizations and determine the best way to present data to end users using drill downs, tables, gauges, graphs, charts and other intuitive graphicaladd-ons • Prepare and deliver reports, analytics and interactive intelligence in systems acrossthe organization. • Develop expertise in specifically assigned subject areas of the warehouse. • Advisemanagers and stakeholders regarding appropriate, effective, and efficient useof organizational data capabilities and functions. • Liaise with various business groups in the organization to facilitate implementation of improved business intelligence and reporting processes. • Coordinatepost-implementation support, including end-user reviews, for modified and newdata visualizations Requirements Skills Set: Skill Required /Desired Experience Proven experience with report writing, dashboard development, data visualization techniquessupported by technical requirements analysis, business processmodeling/mapping, and data modeling Required 8 + years Proven experience with reporting tools, dashboards, scorecards, and related software and otherapplications Required 8 + years Exposure to the operation and analysis of Microsoft SQL Server relational and OLAPdatabase software and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies Required 8 + years Experiencewriting complicated yet efficient SQL for a relational database such as Microsoft SQL Server is essential. Required 8+ years Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software,spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts Required - Ableto exercise independent judgment and take action on it Required - Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills Required - Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Required - Demonstratedability to be logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail Required - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Required - Bachelor’sdegree in the field of computer science, information management systems or arelated field (or equivalent work experience), is required Required - Working knowledge of SSRS and Power BI is desirable Preferred - Experience with Open Text BI and/or Tableau is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
