Job Title: .NET Application Architect/Developer w/ C# Location: Richmond, VA 23219 Interview Type: Webcam only Duration: 12 Months Work Type: 100% Onsite for the first month, then 4 days onsite & 1-day remote/week Job Description: The selected candidate will be responsible for enterprise-wide integration architecture and development using the .NET stack, especially C#, .NET Core, and related technologies. The position requires deep expertise in cloud-based design, secure architecture, and developing high-performance, high-transactional web applications. Must-Have Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of .NET development experience • 7+ years of technical knowledge in IT environments • 3+ years of enterprise-wide integration architecture in .NET • Expert in C#, .NET Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL Server • Strong in RESTful APIs, cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Hands-on with OOAD, multi-tier architectures, microservices, SOA, messaging systems (RabbitMQ/MSMQ/Azure Service Bus) • Proficient in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines • Experience designing IAM solutions using AD and Azure • Strong documentation, diagramming, and communication skills • Proven ability to guide teams and align architecture with business strategy • Deep understanding of SOA, EDA, secure coding, and system integration Nice to Have: • Familiarity with governance processes and enterprise architecture standards • Messaging platforms: Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, MSMQ
