A company is looking for a Five9 Administrator - Telephony Operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer the Five9 platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability Configure and maintain IVR scripts, call flows, and routing strategies Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency Required Qualifications: Associate degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience Proficient in one or more object-oriented scripting languages (PowerShell preferred) 3-5 years' experience in Telephony Support Advanced technical knowledge of Five9 Phone system maintenance and administration Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory
Requirements
