Job Summary: As an Information Technology (IT) Administrator, you will be responsible for information technology infrastructure and end users. This includes continual analysis and identification of needs, implementation of software/hardware to satisfy needs and continual end use support and training. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. Essential Job Duties • Administrative (95%) • Oversight and management of network, computers, printers, server farm, phone system, camera system, door security, backup and all hardware • Oversight and management of email (E365), SharePoint and other software as needed. • Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware/software • Participate in the development and maintenance of a strategic IT plan • Establish and maintain an “effective life” and replacement for hardware and software • Disseminate technology-related information to users • Manage help desk and help staff utilize IT to improve efficiency, assist and train system users • Participate in annual cyber testing • Other Duties as Assigned (5%) Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent • Five years of IT experience • Computer literate – windows operating and server systems along with Microsoft Office • Valid driving license and good driving record • Physical requirements include the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force; physical condition to enable walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling; stamina to be on feet and active for full workdays; ability to complete training and perform physical management of students as necessary, including physical restraints Our commitment to you: Laradon is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
