Key Responsibilities M365 Administration: Manage SharePoint sites, including creation, configuration, and permissions management. Administer Teams environments, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication. Oversee Power Apps and other M365 applications. IT Projects: Contribute to IT projects related to M365, from planning to execution. Conduct business analysis to identify and address business needs. Technical Support: Provide technical support to the IT team, resolving complex issues. Monitor system performance and security to identify and address potential problems. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards to track M365 usage and performance. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, and Power Apps. Microsoft Certified SharePoint Administrator or Microsoft Certified Microsoft 365 Administrator preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience desirable. Strong understanding of PowerShell scripting, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience with reporting and dashboard tools within the M365 ecosystem.
