Position: Azure Data Engineer Data Engineering requires technical skills and effective communication and collaboration. You must have a strong data management foundation and specialized skills in Azure cloud computing. The Azure Data Engineer will be responsible for creating and handling scalable data pipelines, assuring data quality, and maximizing data processing performance. They will also work closely with other teams, such as data analysts, data scientists, and software developers, to provide them with the data they need to perform their job functions. Roles and Responsibilities • Designing and implementing data storage solutions on Azure. • Building and maintaining data pipelines for data integration and processing. • Ensuring data quality and accuracy through testing and validation. • Optimizing data processing performance through tuning and monitoring. • Developing and maintaining data models and schemas. • Collaborating with other teams to provide data for analytics and reporting. • Ensuring data security and privacy prerequisites are followed. • Collaborate with teams to design, document, and ensure continuous improvement of SDLC best practices for data in the cloud. • Engage and collaborate with customers to understand business requirements/use cases and translate them into detailed technical specifications. • Collaborate with project managers/scrum master's for project/sprint planning by estimating technical tasks and deliverables. • Uphold the mission and values of Monogram Health in all aspects of your role and activities. Position Requirements • Experience in designing and hands-on development in cloud-based analytics solutions. • Expert level understanding on Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Azure App Service is required. • Working knowledge of Python or other scripting languages required. • Proficiency in SQL and other data query languages • Familiarity with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark and/or Hadoop • Understanding of data modeling and schema design principles • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis • Strong experience in common data warehouse modelling principles including Kimball, Inmon. • Designing and building data pipelines using API and Streaming ingestion methods is desirable. • Knowledge of Dev-Ops processes (including CI/CD) and Infrastructure as code is essential. • Thorough understanding of Azure Cloud Infrastructure offerings. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Team player with excellent communication skills Benefits • Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and innovative value-based provider organization that is transforming the delivery of kidney care • Competitive salary and opportunity to participate in the company's bonus program • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and life insurance • Flexible paid leave and vacation policy • 401(k) plan with matching contributions About Monogram Health Monogram Health is a next-generation, value-based chronic condition risk provider serving patients living with chronic kidney and end-stage renal disease and their related metabolic disorders.
