We are seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our tech-driven team, dedicated to optimizing business processes and enhancing customer relationships through advanced CRM solutions and innovative web functionalities. Role Responsibilities: . Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to improve business operations and customer engagement. . Build and maintain dynamic websites using Microsoft Power Pages, integrating seamlessly with our Dynamics 365 environment. . Configure and customize Microsoft Dataverse as per business needs. . Design and implement applications using Microsoft Power Apps, and automate processes with Microsoft Power Automate. . Extend functionality through JavaScript, Web APIs, and other integrations to connect with external services. . Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to design solutions that meet both technical specifications and business goals. . Focus on delivering a superior user experience (UX) in all developed solutions, ensuring ease of use, accessibility, and impactful customer interaction. . Manage the complete software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and ongoing support. . Adhere to best practices in development, security, and data management, with a special focus on enhancing user satisfaction and customer journey. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. . Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM development. . Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages). . Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, JavaScript, and API integrations. . Experience in system design and integration, with a focus on user-centered design principles. . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. . Effective communication skills, with a capability to translate technical solutions into user-friendly experiences. Preferred Certifications: . Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate . Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Why Wellfit? .
