Job Title: Dynamics CRM Developer Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer to join our client team in Lansing, MI. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to enhance business operations. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. • Design and implement plugins, workflows, and custom scripts to optimize system functionality. • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure seamless integration between CRM and other enterprise applications. • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain performance and reliability. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in CRM development. Requirements: • 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development. • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Platform. • Experience with Azure services, API integrations, and SQL Server. • Strong understanding of CRM data models, security roles, and customization. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
