Position: Entry/Mid-Level Business Analyst Location: Connecticut (Hybrid and Onsite ) Work Authorization: GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, and US Citizen Salary: $25 $30/hour (W2 Contract) Key Responsibilities: 1) Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. 2) Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 3) Gather data from multiple sources and ensure data quality and integrity. 4) Build dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or Python libraries (Matplotlib/Seaborn). 5) SQL, Excel, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or QA testing tools is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
