Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Operations Analyst - Accounting Job title: Operations Analyst - Accounting Position type: Full-time/Contract Duration: 12+ Months Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) As an Operations Analyst, you will: • Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Analytics. • Pull data from multiple locations to reconcile general ledgers and ensure accounts are balanced. • Identify and remediate errors that may cause incorrect cash flow. • Conduct analysis and prepare reports on reconciliation findings. The ideal candidate will have: • Experience in Analytics. • Experience in Operational Accounting. • Experience with general ledger matching and account reconciliations. • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including navigation, filtering, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs. • Familiarity with SharePoint and Outlook shared inboxes.
