Job Title: Support Specialist(Local Only) Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite with potential hybrid flexibility after training) Summary: Looking for Support Specialist with strong system administration experience—not general IT or hardware support— This position is not a tech support/helpdesk role. It is focused on managing user access, workflow changes, system configurations, and documentation within regulatory software systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a system administrator or application support specialist, particularly in environments involving licensing, regulatory systems, or government processes. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a system administrator for LARS and Zendesk platforms • Process configuration changes, user access requests, and workflow updates • Collaborate with application coordinators and QA teams to gather requirements and support testing • Respond to system change requests within one business day and close them within three business days • Maintain detailed documentation of all system changes in SharePoint and change logs • Provide regular status updates to requesters and management • Ensure all activities and communications are tracked in ServiceNow This Role Does NOT Include: • Hardware or connectivity support (e.g., PCs, printers, network issues) • Traditional IT help desk ticket management for technical infrastructure Technical Skills: • Microsoft Excel and Word (Proficient) • Familiarity with ticketing platforms and system logs • Strong understanding of licensing or regulatory systems preferred Ideal Profile: • Works proactively and independently within structured workflows • Demonstrates strong collaboration and follow-through • Brings experience from public sector, healthcare, or other compliance-heavy environments About the Company: ACL Digital
