Your Contribution as a Senior Data Science Leader You will be a vital member of our team, where you will: • Design and validate advanced machine learning and statistical models that inform essential business decisions. • Develop and manage both structured and unstructured datasets required for in-depth analysis and reporting. • Perform comprehensive research to assess innovative methodologies and approaches. • Clearly communicate analytical outcomes to a diverse audience of business partners, ensuring understanding and impact. Desired Qualifications: • Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field). • 3+ years of experience in advanced data analytics. • Expertise in statistical tools such as Python, R, or SAS. • Familiarity with machine learning techniques including Random Forest, Neural Networks, and time series analysis. • Excellent communication skills to interpret and convey intricate data insights. Preferred Qualifications: • PhD in a relevant quantitative field. • Experience in healthcare analytics and managed care. • Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning applications. • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. • Experience working in a Big Data environment with PySpark and in the cloud (Azure or AWS).
