Job Description: As a UiPath/RPA Developer at General Dynamics Information Technology, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals through automation. Your expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate will enable you to design, develop, and administer solutions that deliver real value to our clients. With a strong understanding of software development lifecycle fundamentals and best practices, you will be able to identify and solve complex problems, and collaborate with our clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects. Responsibilities: • Design and develop automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate • Collaborate with GDIT and client personnel to identify business process needs and determine best automation solutions • Work with end users, stakeholders, and management to define and create reports, dashboards, and data analysis products • Develop a strong understanding of UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform to provide recommendations and guidance • Provide best-in-class operations support for automated workflows Requirements: • Education: Technical training, certification(s), or degree (or equivalent experience) • Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience • Required Technical Skills: • Experience with UiPath (preferred), Automation Anywhere, or MS Power Automate • Programming experience in languages such as Python, C#, Java, C++ • Required Skills and Abilities: • Understanding of software development lifecycle fundamentals & best practices • Ability to identify and solve complex problems • Must be able to identify and learn new technologies quickly
