Responsibilities • Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using C#/ASP.Net Core and Angular • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes • Champion Agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration, productivity, and project delivery • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and deliverables • Drive the team to achieve key results and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards . Requirements • Proven experience in C#/ASP.Net Core and Angular development • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in software development • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and information sharing • Demonstrated ability to deliver key results and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in leading and mentoring a development team • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., Azure, AW • S).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Education: Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics or related field is strongly preferred Experience: Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
