Job Title: Power Apps Developer Description: In this role, you will accelerate digital innovation through design, creation, and engineering of automated cloud solutions driving advanced Stryker business capabilities. You will be a part of a digital team providing digital business solutions that enable Global Quality & Operations (GQO) to thrive. You will be responsible for accelerating digital innovation, reducing costs, automating processes, enhancing data-driven insights, streamlining results, and empowering the workforce by eliminating waste. This will be achieved by developing business solutions with PowerApps and Power Automate. Key Responsibilities: • Support administration activities, requirements gathering, app development, automation of processes, user acceptance testing, master data management, training programs, and other tasks as needed. • Design, develop, test, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform applications, and automation of processes and approvals. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. • Design and implement efficient and robust models, integration pipelines, and data storage solutions to meet business requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to understand data needs, identify opportunities for digital solutions, and recommend appropriate technologies and methodologies. • Define and enforce digital governance practices, quality standards, and security measures to ensure integrity and compliance. • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of digital solutions to maximize efficiency and minimize latency. • Monitor and analyze digital infrastructure and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing enhancements, and troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable solutions. • Establish and maintain catalogs and dictionaries to enable understanding, usability, and promote governance. • Discern both tactical and strategic insights from Stryker's complex ecosystems and provide holistic insights and recommendations for digitized design tools and reporting. • Develop and deliver training/consultations on how to use digital solutions and insights to drive decisions. Monitor use of digital solutions to gauge value. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems required. • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems preferred. • 4+ years' professional experience in a similar role. • 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Power Apps required. • 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Power Automate required. • Experience architecting and building business solutions leveraging Power Platform required. • Experience in cloud platforms and experience architecting solutions in a cloud environment, leveraging cloud-based data storage and processing services required. • Experience creating, automating, and maintaining business-related systems required. • Experience developing digital systems and business processes required. • Knowledge of scrum and agile frameworks required. • Project Management education/certification preferred.
