Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Developer Location: Reston, VA We are seeking a Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our Reston, VA team to drive innovation and automation across our organization. In this role, the selected candidate will leverage SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dynamics expertise to design and implement solutions that streamline business processes and enhance productivity. The selected candidate will be instrumental in advancing our RPA and AI initiatives, creating impactful digital solutions for both internal stakeholders and government clients. Essential Job Duties • Operate as a key member of an innovation team designed to implement cutting-edge SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics solutions across the organization. • Design and develop sophisticated SharePoint sites, workflows, and custom applications that enhance collaboration and information management. • Create and optimize Power Automate flows to automate business processes and reduce manual workloads. • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics environments to meet specific business requirements and improve operational efficiency. • Lead RPA initiatives that transform manual processes into automated workflows that drive productivity and accuracy. • Collaborate across business units to rapidly define, design, and deploy innovative digital workplace solutions. • Present solution capabilities to stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value. • Develop reusable templates, best practices, and training materials to scale automation capabilities across the organization. • Mentor team members on advanced SharePoint, Power Automate, and Dynamics techniques. Qualifications • Five to seven years of relevant experience in the industry. • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365. • Experience with Power Apps development for custom business applications. • Background in implementing AI-enhanced solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. • Knowledge of governance and security best practices for Microsoft 365. • Experience with Azure Logic Apps or similar integration tools. • Previous experience supporting government clients. • Strong technical expertise in SharePoint Online administration, site collection management, and customization. • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate for creating complex business process workflows. • Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization. • Experience integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions. • Someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can adapt to evolving requirements and priorities.
