Description The Business Solutions Analyst at First International Bank and Trust will serve as the critical analyst for our Recovery Solutions, Cards, Wealth Management, Loan Operations, and Credit Administration business units. This role is centered on deeply analyzing current issues and creating new and improved processes for these teams, managing tasks from conception through to implementation. Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage projects and implement changes effectively • Organized with a keen attention to detail • Familiarity with Agile SDLC and its ceremonies • Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for managing stories and features • Knowledge of banking operations and software systems preferred Responsibilities • Collaborate with business solution architects, business analysts, developers, product owners, and stakeholders on product design and implementation of workflows and applications • Study current business practices and software applications to recommend improvements for operational efficiency • Define requirements needed for user stories in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders • Review and suggest program and process improvements in the SDLC • Prepare workflows, charts, reports, and diagrams to analyze and improve processes and efficiencies • Identify and implement solutions using Robotic Process Automation, SharePoint Power Automation, and workflow technologies Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field; or a minimum of two years as a business analyst or similar role • Demonstrated experience with banking operations preferred • Strong ability to research and find solutions Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Education Requirements Credential Category • Degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field Experience Requirements • Minimum of two years in a business analyst or similar role • Experience in banking operations and software systems is a plus Why work in Phoenix, AZ Phoenix, AZ, is known for its beautiful weather, vibrant culture, and growing job market.
