Title: .Net Production Support Lead Location: Atlanta, GA or Chattanooga, TN (Onsite 3 days a week) ) Manage Onsite/Offshore team • Work with Client IT managers and business stake holders • Plan sprint and release with product owner/Scrum master • Regular updates to client and Quinnox managers • Required Go-Getter attitude with a missionary mindset • 8+ years of IT experience including 5+ years of project/Team management • 4+ years of production support experience handling critical incidents • Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes is a must • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET and SQL server • Good DevOps understanding including CI/CD and Azure pipeline • Review code for quality and work with testers to review test cases, plan for release, and release coordination • Good in Written and verbal communication This Role will require 20% coding 25% technical Management 50% People management which includes At Quinnox, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of complex problems and craft solutions to make stuff from day one.
