You'll dive into both on-prem and cloud environments, supporting our clients’ end-users and managing the hybrid Microsoft stack, including 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot, Defender, and more. You'll be a key player in our IT Department, contributing to the organization's success while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service. What You'll Do: • Provide support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, email to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues. • Setup and install new desktops, laptops, phones and tablets according to our standards ensuring proper installation of operating systems, appropriate software and security and management tools. • Utilize internal knowledge bases, product documentation and the web to research and implement solutions • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate, including hardware repairs, delivery of peripherals, or other fixes as determined • Documents issues and requests into the help desk ticketing system then either resolves or escalates to the appropriate resource • Perform day-to-day activities within Active Directory/Entra ID and O365 tenant, including managing user accounts and shared mailboxes. • Guide users through troubleshooting steps, providing clear instructions for problem resolution • Provide proper follow-through to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction • Document all reported incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system • Educate users on best practices to prevent future technical issues and provide documentation when needed • Perform root cause analysis, document common problems, and recommend procedures and solutions for problem prevention. What You Bring: • Two years’ experience in Windows systems administration. • Experience with Entra ID, O365, Endpoint Manager/Intune/Autopilot, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Defender. • Proficiency in using/administering Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 application suite. • Strong end-user-facing skills and troubleshooting abilities. • Preferred Microsoft Azure/M365 Certifications. • Passion for excellence in customer service and continuous learning. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • 1st Class customer service skills • Passion for excellence in customer service and furthering your own knowledge.
