Job Title: Senior Azure DevOps Engineer Location: Hybrid – Wilmington, MA (Onsite 3 days/week required) Only local candidates will be considered Contract Duration: Long-Term Contract Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team in Wilmington, MA. This role will play a pivotal part in standardizing our DevOps toolset and processes across the organization. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient in Azure DevOps but also collaborative and communicative, with a strong willingness to mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the standardization of DevOps tools and processes across projects • Develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment workflows • Write and maintain technical documentation • Mentor and support junior engineers • Actively contribute to architectural discussions and team planning sessions • Ensure security and compliance standards are met in the DevOps lifecycle Required Skills & Qualifications: • 7+ years of overall DevOps experience • 4+ years hands-on with Azure DevOps tools and services • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, YAML scripting, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using ARM or Bicep • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash • Experience integrating security into DevOps (DevSecOps) • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills • Prior experience mentoring or leading team members Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with Terraform • Background in .NET/Windows environments • Certification in Microsoft Azure or DevOps
