We are looking for an Agility Admin/Tech Lead w/ PowerApps for our client in Woodlawn, MD. This is a long-term federal government position. Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite. Open to GC or USC only. Key Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of managing & optimizing Agility infrastructure, SharePoint and Microsoft PowerApps development expertise. Position Description: • Work in DevOps Environment. • Participate in daily Scrum and provide updates. • Manage and optimize the Agility infrastructure. • Implement and maintain measures to protect organizational data assets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure administrative support is provided. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. • Lead initiatives to integrate AI-driven solutions for enhanced system efficiency. • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance. • Mentor junior IT staff and provide guidance on best practices. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes. • Participate in agile project management to support IT infrastructure projects. • Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies to improve system operations. Skills Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field • Master's or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience. • 8+ years of experience • Combined experience using: Agility, PowerApps and SharePoint development. • 5+ years of experience on an Agile development team • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement. • Strong development experience with SharePoint and Power Apps • Agile certifications • Knowledgeable of Agile Development methodologies • Effective verbal and written skills • Java Language and API Experience Desired: • Experience with modern development software, tools, and methodologies; Jenkins, Splunk, Git/BitBucket, Jira/VersionOne, Nexus, Maven, Jenkins, OpenShift, XML/XSLT, VisualVM/Eclipse Profiler (Java performance monitoring tool), Amazon Web Services (S3), BDD (Cucumber or similar) • Experience working on Agile projects and understanding Agile terminology. • Experience with Linux environments. • Excellent communication and written skills • Agile certifications preferred. Education: • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
