Job DescriptionServe as the primary point of contact for the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) suite. Manage and balance 5-10 projects weekly at a smaller scale. Lead operational Runbook activities. Communicate current and upcoming product versions, roadmaps, and plans. Assist and guide project teams on best practices and system architecture. Lead and deliver small engagements and projects. Possess in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales modules and functionalities. Stay updated with the latest features and trends in Dynamics 365 Sales. Have a good understanding of Azure, including Azure Lifecycle Management, Azure Functions, and Code Repos. Oversee client architecture, align with client goals, and hold regular meetings with customers. Ensure client satisfaction, maintain, delegate work, and manage escalations.
