E6's client is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team in either Milwaukee or Madison, WI. This is a hybrid role (minimum two days per week in office) through the end of 2025 with the possibility of extension. What We're Looking For: • .NET Generalist with strong preference for experience writing/using web services. • Strong SQL skills • Experience with Test Driven Development • Exposure to Entity Framework or other ORM • Experience with C#, Web API, or JavaScript is highly preferred • Experience with React, Flutter, CSS, MVC, CA Autosys, Azure development, or working with a design system is a plus Qualities Needed: • Good communicator who wants to work in a team environment and is comfortable performing pair programming • Analytical and not afraid to dive into complex code and data to troubleshoot issues • Creative problem-solver who is automation-focused • Motivated by small quick wins and process improvement • Comfortable working in an Agile environment Why Join Us? • Team-focused environment • Rich developer community with "Lunch & Learns" on best practices. • Focus on software artisanship • A DevOps culture • Agile/lean practices with diversity of projects
