Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Developer with advanced expertise in Power Platform and Power Apps to join the team. This role supports diverse, high-impact projects in a complex corporate environment. The successful candidate will design and develop Power Apps solutions to streamline business processes, enhance data accessibility, and deliver insightful analytics. This role includes a focus on governance, security, and integration across the Power Platform to ensure data integrity and compliance. Working closely with stakeholders, the developer will translate business needs into technical requirements, develop custom connectors, manage environments, monitor usage, and optimize applications. Responsibilities: • Design and develop Power Apps solutions that meet business requirements. • Create Canvas apps to drive operational efficiency; experience with Model-Driven apps is a plus. • Work with data architecture, creating and managing entities, fields, and relationships in Dataverse, SQL Server, and SharePoint. • Develop and manage custom connectors to integrate with external systems. • Build and manage workflows using Power Automate. • Implement and manage governance and security policies (e.g., DLP policies). • Manage multiple Power Platform environments to ensure smooth data flow and consistent access management. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training/support to end-users. Required Skills and Experience: • 4+ years of experience in Power Platform development, including Power Apps and Power Automate. • Experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for the Power Platform. • Proficiency in creating and managing data architecture. • Strong skills in governance and security implementation. • Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with SQL and API integration. • Knowledge of Power Platform CoE and compliance best practices. • Experience with monitoring Dataverse storage and usage capacity. • Proficiency in UI/UX design principles. • Experience with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
