💼 We’re Hiring: M365 Solutions Architect (Remote) 💰 Rate: $78/hr C2C 🧠 Experience: 20+ Years | Lead-Level Role 🔧 Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-level design, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365 workloads. This is a fully remote opportunity with a leading global client. 🚀 Key Responsibilities: • Design, plan, and architect Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive). • Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations with minimal disruption. • Implement security, compliance, and governance solutions (Purview, DLP, Conditional Access, MFA). • Configure and manage Intune MDM/MAM, device compliance policies, and Autopilot. • Collaborate with enterprise IT teams and stakeholders to ensure scalable and secure solutions. • Stay current on Microsoft roadmap and best practices to recommend improvements. • Lead and mentor teams in large enterprise environments. ✅ Must-Have Skills: • 20+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in M365 architecture. • Strong hands-on experience with Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive. • Deep understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Microsoft Intune. • Experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender for O365, and DLP policies. • Proven Tenant-to-Tenant migration experience. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Prior experience working in SOD environments and enterprise setups. 🎓 Certifications Preferred: • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert • MS-500 / SC-300 / AZ-305 or relevant Azure/M365 security certifications 📩 Interested?
