Position Overview: The System Administrator- Core & Finance Systems is based in Memphis, TN and responsible for administering and configuring software applications to properly support Fogelman’s business strategies. This position will focus primarily on: Yardi – Voyager, YardiOne, Procure to Pay, Elevate, and Investment Management, but may include other software as needed. The candidate should be productive, customer-service driven, professional, a critical thinker, and a team player. The System Administrator will also contribute to the development and advancement of Fogelman’s systems policies & procedures that affect our business applications. Job Responsibilities: • Implement system, process, and training improvements that will drive increased user adoption, improved user satisfaction and overall data integrity. • Use feedback from Systems Support Services team to collaborate and recommend solutions for system issues. • Coordinate system testing, provide primary support for user acceptance testing, and participate in product implementations. • Participate in continued system evaluations including review of menus, permissions, and security features. • Track and manage system enhancement requests and known issues for the Yardi application suite and other business systems. • Proactively communicate system changes and upgrades to teams. • Partner with appropriate departmental contacts to execute planned strategy within the software tools. • Participate in demos and evaluate potential new software products and platforms for future use. • Serve as technical lead on accounting and finance related projects to meet the goals of the organization. • Grow and maintain knowledge and expertise as products evolve over time. • Train users on new systems or processes as needed. • Collaborate on development and communication of system documentation and training content. • Proficiency in set up of properties withing Voyager and related software • Perform other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position. Education Requirements: • College degree required in a related field or with combined industry experience.
