The Director of Business Continuity Management will lead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery programs across Baptist Health. This professional requires expertise in healthcare operations, risk management, and business continuity planning. Proficiency in business continuity software tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant business continuity certifications required, or ability to obtain within first year of hire.
