You will oversee the Customer Support Analysts and personally manage certain accounts as needed. As a hands-on leader, your role involves: • Leading and clearly communicating with Customer Support Staff, production employees, management, and customers. • Understanding and analyzing production schedules and inventory reports. • Ensuring accurate inventory records and maintaining working conditions, a safe work environment, and team morale. • Performing Supplier Corrective Action Reports management with an emphasis on solving issues and improving quality. • Monitoring warehouse assets and making recommendations on inventory levels. • Crafting data entries for various tasks including production orders and shipment coordination. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED, preference given to candidates with manufacturing, data-entry, or supply chain experience, especially in the corrugated box industry. • Exceptional communication skills, capable of understanding and producing technical documents. • Competency in Microsoft Office and analytical thinking.
