Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 1+ year(s) sales and negotiation experience or related work experience • OR 3+ years sales and negotiation experience • OR equivalent experience. • Experience with digital engagement and managing relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. • Experience with leveraging digital tools to build customer relationships and execute account plans. Preferred Experience: • Technology sales experience, ideally working with social impact or public sector organisations. • Experience engaging and presenting at scale through digital platforms to business decision makers, including CXOs. • Familiarity with Microsoft’s Cloud and AI portfolio of solutions. Digital Account Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $30.53 - $64.62 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $48.37 - $69.18 per hour. Inspire Innovation • Lead Virtual Workshops: Design and deliver virtual customer engagements that showcase Microsoft’s AI and cloud capabilities, inspiring bold transformation strategies. • Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Develop strategic business cases and roadmaps that align with customer KPIs for actionable and impactful change. • Encourage Visionary Thinking: Share global practices and success stories to help social impact organisations amplify their impact at scale.
