Career Opportunity We're seeking an IT Engineer with Microsoft Enterprise Systems Administration experience to join our team. This role involves maintaining multiple large Enterprise environments, including hybrid (Windows & RHEL) setups. Key Responsibilities • Manage Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical environments. • Troubleshoot application performance issues, crashes, and other related problems. • Work collaboratively with external teams to optimize user experience. • Resolve Tier 2 incidents for Linux and Windows applications. • Provide remote end-user support. • Analyze and resolve system incidents with both short-term and long-term solutions. Essential Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of relevant systems administration experience. • Active TS/SCI clearance. • Current DoD IA Certification (CompTIA Security+, SSCP, CCNA-Security). • Ability to complete DoD 8570 CE Training within six months of employment.
