Creates and maintains user access profiles within CCM’s Enterprise Resource Planner ( ERP ) and supporting software environments. Understands and employs multiple tools to resolve problems, anomalies and improve efficiency of college staff while maintaining the security of data and records to which they may be exposed. Colleague System Administrator will work with decision makers to develop and standardize the application of the ERP to best meet the needs of the institution. Position reports to the Associate Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness and the Director of ERP and Reporting. Qualifications - Education Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Related Field Qualifications - Experience Five years programming or combination of analysis and programming. High level of competence with Microsoft SQL Qualifications - Skills Experience with Ellucian Colleague Release 18, Ellucian Workflow (ProcessMaker), and REACT programming language is preferred. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products, Windows Server management, SQL Server Database maintenance and relational databases. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
