Role: Data Science & AI Engineer Experience: Minimum 5 years Location: Norfolk, VA, USA Security Clearance: Secret (or equivalent national level) Open Roles AI/ML Developer • Develop and optimise AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Build secure data pipelines and APIs for model integration. • Deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions. Full Stack Developer (AI/DS Applications) • Build and maintain secure front-end and back-end systems. • Create dashboards and user interfaces for AI-enabled applications. • Integrate AI/ML outputs into workflows; apply APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and automated testing. Key Responsibilities • Deliver secure, scalable solutions for AI applications. • Collaborate with engineers and analysts on integration. • Produce clear technical documentation. • Ensure compliance with secure coding and classified data handling standards. Must-Have Qualifications • Eligibility for Secret (or equivalent) security clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years’ hands-on experience in AI/ML or full stack development. • Strong skills in Python/Java/C++, Data Pipelines, APIs, Cloud (AWS/Azure). • High English proficiency (written & spoken).
