Lindsay Corporation – Omaha, NE Specialist, Enterprise Business Systems will design business solutions (process and system) by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications. Improve systems by studying current practices and designing appropriate and sustainable solutions. Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures. Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget. Provide instruction, assistance, and support services to ERP System end-users globally. Leverage local support vendors where applicable. Participate in after-hours, weekend, and holiday support including on-call pager duty. Conduct routine periodic activities in ERP system as directed by Corp IT management to provide supporting information for organization (month-end, job-queue, subscriptions, etc.). Provide support to project implementation during relevant project phases (analysis, design, training, testing, Go-Live support). Will provide services at various future unanticipated client worksites throughout the U.S. Requires Bachelor's degree in computer science or management information systems and 5 years of experience working with Microsoft operating systems, supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics CRM. 5 years of experience maintaining full-cycle ERP environments. 5 years of experience supporting ERP, CRM, SSRS, and .NET. 5 years of experience managing multiple technology projects, both internal and external resources, through justification, planning, and implementation. 2 years of experience with manufacturing operations. Will also accept a master's degree in computer science or management information systems. 3 years of experience working with Microsoft operating systems, supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics CRM. 3 years of experience maintaining full-cycle ERP environments. 3 years of experience supporting ERP, CRM, SSRS, and .NET. 3 years of experience managing multiple technology projects, both internal and external resources, through justification, planning, and implementation. 2 years of experience with manufacturing operations. Must be willing to travel and relocate. Telecommuting and working from home permitted. Salary $108,181.00/yr.
