The Role - Front-End & Full Stack Development - Quickly transform design mockups into pixel-perfect, fully integrated web pages that function across browsers and devices. - Develop and optimize high-performance, scalable websites and web applications using HTML, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, TypeScript, C# Core 6+, Google APIs, XML, JSON, and Git. - Provide maintainable code that integrates seamlessly into CMS platforms (Cascade Server preferred). - Implement best practices for SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization. - Work within structured development frameworks (Agile, Waterfall) and use version control (Git) effectively. - Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently. - Apply UX best practices and structured approaches to responsive web design. - Collaboration & Client Services - Work closely with designers, UX specialists, and content creators to ensure seamless execution of web projects. - Translate business and marketing requirements into functional web solutions that meet institutional needs. - Provide real-time updates to stakeholders and ensure clear communication on development progress. - Support cross-functional collaboration while maintaining a high degree of autonomy. Qualifications & Experience - 5+ years of agency experience, a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, and a proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. - Strong background in turning Figma/Adobe XD designs into fail-proof, responsive web pages. - Experience in enterprise-grade CMS platforms (Cascade Server preferred). - Proficiency in TypeScript, CSS, C#, cloud environments (Azure, AWS). Automation tools (Jenkins, Gulp.js) are considered nice-to-haves. - Strong understanding of full-stack architecture, database management, and website performance optimization. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities. - Passion for staying ahead of web development trends and improving processes. - Comfortable with fast-moving projects and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
