In support of government customer, we are seeking an SharePoint Administrator - Sr. with experience in supporting (DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/ principles/organizational protocols). Job Duties: SharePoint administrators implement and oversee Microsoft's SharePoint web-based document collaboration platform. They integrate Microsoft applications to allow online collaboration, create shared storage space for files, and maintain the SharePoint platform. They are employed in various settings where SharePoint is used for online collaboration from staff. • Managing and maintaining a Program Management correspondence tracking system within MS 365, utilizing TEAMS and SharePoint. • Ensuring the integrity and functionality of MS 365 by monitoring and updating platforms such as PowerApps, Forms, Outlook, OneDrive, and other related tools. • Coordinating with contractors to maintain consistency and usability across the environment. Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including walkthroughs, source code, and enabling government modification of the SharePoint environment. • Designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions, workflows, and Power Platform applications to enhance process automation. • Integrating enterprise capabilities to reduce data redundancy and improving data connections. Configuring and managing content-type hubs and term stores to support governance initiatives. • Maintaining and updating websites IAW Government policies. Developing dashboards and reporting tools, applying graphic design principles, configuring SharePoint libraries, and ensuring quality assurance. • Drafting, staffing, and submitting CDRLs for Government review. Education/Experience: • BS/BA • 10 years of work related experience • Working knowledge of administration roles managing complex SharePoint environments and assisting with SharePoint development, as needed. • Strong technical knowledge of data management systems, back-end development, front end design/ implementation, database design, data quality, and data governance. • Minimum Clearance Required: SECRET Specific/Preferred Requirements: • BS/BA • 10 years of work related experience • Working knowledge of administration roles managing complex SharePoint environments and assisting with SharePoint development, as needed. • Strong technical knowledge of data management systems, back-end development, front end design/ implementation, database design, data quality, and data governance. • Minimum Clearance Required: SECRET Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
