What You’ll Do: • Responsible for data collection, input, aggregation, and data auditing. • Supportaccuratekey metric reporting and data review performed by the organization. • Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors. • Assistin generating basic reports anddatadashboardsand associated assets including scripts, tables, workflows, and supporting processesin accordance withteam standards • Use SQL and other scripting languages to develop andmaintainqueries that pull and curate data from multiple sources • Create ad-hoc presentations and assess development for review. Respond to information requestsin atimely manner. • Gather and analyze data toidentifyand solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. • Collaborate with the agile development team to provide recommendations and communications on enhancing existing or new processes and programs. • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. • Develop andmaintaindata models, data automation systems, low-code solutions, dashboards, and performance metrics support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. What You’ll Need: • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, ETL pipelines, and database management systems • Programming skillsusedfor data analysis and evaluation tasks. • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and conceptswithin one'sown ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • In-depth knowledge of MicrosoftOffice. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Familiarity with Google Workspace applications. Examples include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. • Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for the Data Analytics Associate position is $70,000 annually [or $33.65 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Data Analytics Associate position is $80,000 annually [or $38.46 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
