Skills and experiences You have previous experience with: Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Active Directory technologies. Experience in designing M365 architectures. Experience in leading technical projects and associated resources. Certification in at least one of the following: MS700, MS102, AZ800/801, SC300. Proficiency in English and French communication for effective work in an international context. About you You are passionate about modern and robust infrastructures. You are able to work effectively in a team in an international context. You have a proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing. You place quality and customer needs at the centre of your work. You have excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively in an international environment (English and French). What you'll do Define migration strategies: facilitate the efficient and secure transfer of infrastructures to Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, or Active Directory solutions, while optimizing user collaboration and productivity. Lead the design, installation, and configuration of the company's technological architecture. Steer onshore & offshore consultant teams through the Planning, Analysis, Design, Construction, and Testing phases. Apply your technical expertise and consulting skills to guide clients and create solutions tailored to their needs. Contribute to the development of client relationships and the creation of business proposals. Be a reference in your field of expertise. Develop expertise within the technical community through in-depth sessions, articles, and internal training, thus shining both inside and outside of Avanade.
