We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to lead our infrastructure and cloud operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, overseeing Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and driving cloud-first strategies across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure Azure cloud infrastructure. • Manage day-to-day operations of the IT department, including cloud services, networking, systems, and security. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Azure-based application deployments and migrations. • Monitor cloud performance, cost, and capacity to ensure optimized usage. • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and data privacy regulations (e.g., ISO, HIPAA, GDPR). • Mentor and develop IT staff, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and innovation. • Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans within the Azure environment. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into effective IT solutions. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership/management role. • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS). • Strong understanding of Azure services: Azure AD, Azure Virtual Network, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, etc. • Proven experience managing cloud migrations and hybrid environments. • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform) is a plus. • Familiarity with identity and access management, networking, and security best practices in Azure. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
