The role requires a certified Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in Azure Dev Ops and Azure Boards, capable of leading complex projects independently. Responsibilities include: • Supporting Agile practices and SAFe principles • Facilitating team meetings and removing impediments • Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify scope and requirements • Leading continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience with Azure Dev Ops and Azure Boards • Experience with CI/CD frameworks, Dev Ops, and Agile methodologies • Strong communication and leadership skills This position is for local candidates only, with a mix of remote work and onsite presence in Vienna, VA.
