Role: L3 Network Security Engineer Work Location: Erlanger, KY (Onsite) Hire Type: Fulltime - Permanent Min Experience- 10+ years Job Summary The L3 Network Security Engineer is responsible for the design configuration and troubleshooting of network security infrastructure The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Check Point Palo Alto Cisco Fortinet firewalls and Akamai Web Application Firewalls WAF in Azure environments. Key Responsibilities • Design implement Operate security solutions for network and web applications • Troubleshoot complex security issues and provide advanced support for security incidents • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and enhance security policies and best practices • Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards • Lead the implementation of security controls and measures to protect against threats • Provide mentorship and guidance to L1 L2 engineers • Maintain UpToDate knowledge of emerging security technologies and trends • Develop and deliver training programs on security practices and procedures Qualifications: • Advanced experience of 10-12 years in Firewalls VPNs WAF Proxy Email Security • Proven expertise in designing and implementing security solutions in Azure environments • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication abilities • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices for network and web application security • Experience in conducting security assessments and audits is preferred • Preferred Certifications • CISSP CCNP Security Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer PCNSE Fortinet NSE 78Azure Security Engineer Associate • Skills required • Check Point Palo Alto Cisco Fortinet NGFW • VPNs Array SSL Safe Connect Checkpoint Cisco AnyConnect Plus Secure FortiClient Skills : Firewall - Cisco ASA, Firewall - Fortinet Fortigate, Firewall Checkpoint, Firewall Palo Alto, Network Security, Network Security - Next Generation Firewalls/ NAC/ Zero Trust/ Segmentation/ APT / IPS/ IDS Skills Regards, Prashant Singh Sr. Account Manager - Enterprise Business Net2Source Inc.
