Job Title: ITUS - BI Developer - 25-04651 Job Duration: 12 Months of Contract right to hire role Job Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid role) Client: Prudential Pay Rate: $65/hr. on C2C USC, TN, Financial Domain Position Type: Right to Hire Hybrid Required: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role. • Experienced in Microsoft Fabric and data visualization tools. • Strong proficiency and 7+ years' experience in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query. • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Agile experience is a must • Institutional retirement business experience is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Hands on experience with AWS and Azure cloud services. • Experience with Power BI administration and deployment. • Experience with DDD, understanding of data governance and security best practices. Responsibilities: • As a BI analyst, will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft fabric and Power BI. • Will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver insightful and interactive reports and dashboards. • Role will involve data modeling, report development, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality BI solutions. • Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. • Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to meet business needs. • Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability. • Implement best practices for data visualization and user experience in Power BI. • Integrate and utilize Microsoft Fabric to enhance data connectivity and analytics workflows. • Performs unit testing to validate the accuracy and validity of reports and data integrity • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.
