ADCO Circuits is a 40+ year Manufacturer of Custom Electronic Assemblies (primarily PCBA's) with 125+ employees in a 55,000 sq. ft. facility. We have an open position for Network Administrator to maintain and support our computer systems in both the front office as well as on the climate controlled manufacturing floor. ADCO's main computer systems encompass a hybrid MS 365 exchange environment with both internal and cloud elements; Epicor Kinetic ERP, MS Sharepoint, and other systems. A Managed Service Provider (MSP) provides security services and support for servers, switches, firewalls, and patching etc. Education / Experience Bachelor Degree and / or minimum 5 years experience. Duties & Responsibilities: o Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers, firewalls, printers and other physical hardware in both office and plant. o Installing and configuring network equipment (including PCs) for compatibility and optimal performance. o Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues such as slow speeds, other connectivity issues, or network configurations. o Support, update, and maintain the Epicor ERP system and other associated applications. o Utilize the Epicor ERP system to create custom reports and business applications for end-users. o Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patch management, etc. o Collaborate with our MSP security specialists to develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect against unauthorized access, viruses, and other security threats. o Develop documentation and maintain policies, procedures, and standards regarding network configurations. o Engage vendors and service providers to procure hardware, software, and other technical services as needed. o Maintain CMMC certification and increase SPRS score.
