Position Summary: The HR Manager – Strategy & Analytics is responsible for supporting the firm’s strategic goals through the delivery of accurate reporting, insightful data analysis, and effective project execution. This position manages key analytics platforms, maintains the HR SharePoint site, and leads cross-functional initiatives within the HR department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to delivering high-quality work that supports informed decision-making and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Design, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards and reporting tools to support visibility into key metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruiting, performance, and engagement. Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings through executive-level summaries and visualizations. Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports in alignment with compliance requirements, leadership requests, and business strategy. Administer and update the HR SharePoint site, ensuring it remains a reliable source of information for HR communications, policies, and reference materials. Lead and coordinate HR projects, including process improvements, implementations, and data audits, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic priorities. Document procedures and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all HR analytics and reporting activities. Partner with HR team members and firm leadership to translate business needs into effective solutions grounded in data. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in all HR initiatives. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or project management, preferably within a professional services or legal environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or ADP reporting tools strongly preferred. Experience managing internal communication platforms such as SharePoint. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly and professionally. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field. Physical Requirements: Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area. Dexterity – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer. Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.
