We are looking for a D365 CRM sales hands on experience who likes to work as a Support lead, independently handle the support project, define support process and resolve problems with minimal dependency on the implementation team. • Sr. Developer - who has D365 CRM sales and technical hands-on experience to work on a customization, configuration, API, Power Automate, Plugins, understanding on Power BI. • Previously worked in any migration program from Salesforce to D365 CRM sales • Should be a hands-on developer, solid development experience as this role required development. • Expert in Sales module migrations • Complete technical role, should know how code works and written for migrations • Min 8 yrs of sales module code development, total 12-15 yrs experience. • Will be the POC for customer, only person in US – so need good experience in customer facing and management of customer expectations.
