REQUIREMENT:Azure Data Engineer / Data Warehouse Developer Montpelier, Vermont (Onsite) Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects are must Required Skills: • Proficiency in Azure SQL Database design, deployment, optimization, and performance tuning. • Hands-on experience with ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory using Python. • Knowledge of Azure Blob Storage and integration with Azure services. • Experience with Power BI integration for reporting and dashboards. • Strong background in relational database schema design, normalization, and indexing. • Understanding of data security, RBAC, encryption, and compliance standards. • Ability to perform testing, validation, and database maintenance planning. • Skills in documentation, training, and knowledge transfer. • Strong communication and project management abilities. Preferred Skills: • Experience integrating with external utility and energy data systems (e.g., NEPOOL GIS, ISO-NE, VELCO VX). • Familiarity with automated data movement, lifecycle management, and archiving in Azure Blob Storage. • Prior experience with large-scale data migration and management in cloud environments. • Knowledge of API development and integration for external data feeds. • Strong background in ETL template creation for future data source expansion. • Experience delivering State or government data projects with compliance requirements. • Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Data Engineer Associate, Database Administrator Associate).
