Desired Soft Skills • Self-driven, enthusiastic about challenges • Continuous improvement focused, does not settle • Efficient problem solver, fails quickly and produces outcomes • Humble, shares successes • Relatable, explain/discuss any topic to any listener • Data interest/passion Description Of Services/Deliverables • A Systems Engineer to serve as an administrator and concierge for our enterprise level, business-facing reporting and analysis technologies. • The team is responsible for modernizing, developing and supporting our reporting and analytical technologies to facilitate and enable self-service for our data analysis developers and users. • Work with our information services and business partners to understand their needs, and define, consult and mentor toward best practices and proper usage of the tools throughout the enterprise. • Perform administration, configuration, integration, and support of enterprise-level, business-facing reporting and analysis technologies. • Assist users of our tools by providing best practices, mentoring, and training for knowledge sharing and improvements. • Foster strong relationships with IS teams that support our servers, laptops/VDIs, and databases as extensions of our core team in service to our tool users. • Manage and scale systems to meet business demands by providing a stable and secure infrastructure. • Evaluate vendor-supplied software packages and make recommendations to IT management. • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. • Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States.
