Job Description An employer is looking for .NET Developer with strong experience in Agile environments and a solid foundation in business analysis. This role combines hands-on software development with requirements gathering, user story creation, and data validation to support modernization efforts. This project is a 1:1 system upgrade from a legacy on-prem application to an Azure based SaaS solution which handles data management and performance measures for early childhood information. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, contribute to creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, and ensure data integrity across legacy and modern systems. Responsibilities include designing and developing in ASP.NET MVC and Entity framework, documenting workflows and data mappings, validating data migrations, and actively participating in Scrum ceremonies. This is a highly collaborative role requiring both technical depth and analytical thinking. Strong business analysis skills, including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and documenting workflows. Expertise in SQL scripting and data validation across legacy and modern systems. Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing work items and creating CI/CD pipelines Experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms Experience working in the public sector
