Job Summary As a Business Development Sales Representative, your main objective will be to generate leads and meet sales goals through direct sales activities. Responsibilities • Be a builder; develop and implement effective sales strategies • Establish tactics to achieve sales targets • Establish productive and professional relationships with key contacts • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements • Direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency • Stay up-to-date with new product launches Qualifications • Proven work experience as a sales representative • Self motivator • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills • Strong communication and collaborative attitude with members of team • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude • Availability to travel as needed • BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field (Preferred)
